Support Us
As a non-profit organization, we rely on our sponsors and donors to ensure we are able to deliver a truly grassroots community event each year. Without the support of sponsors and donors we would not be able to ensure the festival is free for all or to recognize and provide our amazing volunteers, performers and activity leaders the resources they need to participate.
Your support will help us
create opportunities for local Canadians and immigrants to learn more about each other’s cultures and traditions
provide opportunities to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions of diverse groups and individuals to our local community
build intercultural interaction and cross-cultural understanding for a more inclusive community
About the Festival
The Festival provides a fun, educational, free, interactive, inclusive, low-barrier opportunity for local residents and diverse local groups to cross cultural/social boundaries building a more inclusive and equitable community. Every year we have 90 -120 volunteers who help us deliver a truly local, interactive, participatory Multicultural Festival where local community members can enjoy free cultural sharing activities and performances (see our gallery). All activity facilitators and performers are volunteers from local communities. In 2023, volunteers participated from Switzerland, the Philippines, Japan, China, Ukraine, Chile, Brazil, Mexico. We were honoured to welcome a drum circle from Tipella and the Xa’Xtsa Nation, and we enjoyed food from Taiwan, Syria, and Slovakia. 800+ local individuals of all age groups but especially families and children participated.
In 2024, Whistler Multicultural Network is partnering with Arts Whistler to showcase immigrant contributions to the Sea to Sky art community in conjunction with the Festival.

Every year we have approx. 90 -100 volunteers who help us deliver a truly local, interactive, participatory Multicultural Festival.
